Plain answers
- Can a business pay to remove or hide a review?
- No. Reviews are published or removed only against the content policy. Nothing a business buys changes that, and RentORNot.net sells nothing to businesses.
- Do I need the Pass to write or read reviews?
- No. Reviews, reports, responses and disputes are free, always.
- How do I cancel?
- When payments open, the Pass renews through PayPal and you cancel it in your PayPal account under automatic payments; the Pass then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens to my Check if the Pass ends?
- Nothing is deleted. The board stays; you see and edit it, and you can add places again once you are under the free limit.
