Dispute a review or ask for a takedown
Free. The editor checks the review or profile against the content policy and removes it if it breaks the policy. Reviews that follow the policy stay up, and no payment changes that.
Start from the business page
Open your business page, then use “This profile is wrong” for the profile, or open the review and choose “Respond as the business” or “Report this review”. That way the editor knows exactly which one you mean.
